Hotel Relais II Chiostro di Pienza

Let me start by saying that I spent only one night at the hotel... It was a beautiful, clean property with amazing view! The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk lady was very nice. There are plenty of coffee shops and food in the area to choose from. Please notice that there is no parking on the street of the hotel (and all others if you want the view...), you will have to park away and walk for few minutes but it is a nice walk. I am planing on going back!

Location is good, at night it's too noisy though. Parking is a hard. The receptionist at front fest is sweet but the breakfast stuff is terrible. Milk is canned milk, stuff attitude is arrogant at breakfast. The view is nice.

As soon as we arrived, elevator broke down. Room was on 4th floor and hotel staff expected my disabled sister and senior mom to take the stairs or be carried on someones back. Our prepaid room were not even refunded. Ridiculous and lousy. Stay away

I stayed for two nights in an economy room and the whole experience was very nice! The hotel location is perfect and enjoying breakfast on the terrace looking over Val d’Orcia is unforgettable.

Lovely old atmospheric place to stay with fabulous views over the valley. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend going for a room with a view if you can.

This hotel in Pienza was the highlight of our trip; we had lunch in the terrace two years ago and have never forgotten the experience. Pienza lived up to its expectations - this time we toured the Palace. We loved our room and we loved the terrace. We were terribly disappointed with the Michelin Star chef. What was superb food to die for has now become messed up food to die from; my husband and I felt ill all night from the over richness and the unnecessary combinations of ingredients.

Excellent staff and service. Lovely room with view of rolling Tuscan hills. Excellent restaurant on location.

It's an old monastery. Room was nice but doesn't receive much sunlight. Breakfast nice. The front yard has a wonderful, picturesque Tuscany view. Forecourt beautiful. It's in the heart of old city center. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Close to montalcino and montepulciano and 1 and half hour to florence

The hotel is in a great location, with great views. Converted from an old convent, it's charming and peaceful. If you are driving, keep in mind that the hotel is in the historical part of town not accessible by car. You'll need to leave your car a few blocks away any haul your luggage in.
