Hotel Relais II Chiostro di Pienza

We love this place and will back. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Overall the place looks amazing. The view from the terrace is breathtaking.... There is no parking, I was looking for parking about 35 minutes. There is no order in the breakfast, people that came after us got their breakfast before us... Made us feel not good. The pool water is ice cold.

Great hotel. The view, the restaurant is great. Parking - probably would be great to have better upfront explanation from the hotel. Its not a big problem to park the car: you park at a short term parking in 50 m from the hotel, unload the bags, and repark the car at the public free parking. Also there is underground parking (belonging to another hotel) available for 20 euros per day - so if you have an expensive rented car and you want to often use the car - its a better option (as you don't need to gues whether parking is free or not) Some basic rooms can be very small and dark (but still quite good)

Wonderful hotel, the view is amazing

Overall a pleasant stay but lacking in some simple things that would have made a difference like only a few coat hangers in the wardrobe, no coat hooks to hang coats, no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. The best thing about the hotel was the fabulous terrace with fantastic views which would have been lovely to have relaxed there with a glass of wine but unfortunately we were unable to get a drink as there was no bar service so we had to go elsewhere.

Our stay was ok, I think you have a lot of things to improve. The AC was not working. They provided us with a very noisy fan. The phone to call Recepcion not working. Painting poorly

The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was large with a separate living room. It had great views situated in a great spot. Restaurants and shops all close by with old churches and buildings all around. The views are amazing so definitely worth a visit to Pienza.

Fantastic location with old fashioned charm. This is a converted 15th century monastery so don’t expect modern glitz. One of the few hotels with a pool. In the centre of Pienza, absolutely beautiful and reasonably well priced
