The room was clean and the shower pressure excellent. Only issues involved confusion by front desk staff about charges and fees. Make sure you check your bill

lovely grounds, very helpful staff. particularly the gentleman who went all the way to the airport with me and assisted me thorough check- in. i'm terrible with names, forgive me. nasim? hasim? despite my forgetting his name, he was fantastic.

Soon as walked in to the room, light flickering, sink water doesn’t run as supposed to, bathroom door not easy to handle, I don’t know how it called 5 star hotel! It’s 3 star category. Employees need lot of training to run a hotel chain, which probably they don’t have, period.

Not at all value for money, least choice of vegetarian foods, no fresh fruits in breakfast, noisy bar, horrible taste and decor of the bar
