"Good but expensive hotel"

Check in was slow. Also while my reservation was for room with breakfast included, they said that it was not and charged me 4800 taka extra for it.

"Comfortable"

In general it was a comfortable stay. The hotel is a bit tired looking in places, but it is kept clean. The gardens and outdoor pool area are tranquil. I would stay here again.

"Excellent"

Very good. Its an impressive big grand hotel with beautiful outdoor area. Good gym & pool, buffet breakfast was excellent. Helpful, friendly staff.

"Great place need more improvements "

It was great however there are some missing pieces. Most of the hotels every day provide complementary flower vess and fruit basket in the room. I think it would be great if Radisson Blue follow this recommendation

"Dark decor, traffic pervasive."

Overall a dark hotel. The brown decor feels dated. Sound proofing of the rooms should be improved as we could hear the traffic all night. Enjoyed our dinner though the wine was incredibly expensive.

"Worst experience in life "

I booked a room through Expedia but came to know that the room I booked was of low cetegory ! Hotel informed me that room you booked is of low category ! So I received low category treatment —— water coming out from AC, no separate beds for twin sharing ! Hotel staff not takeing request for smoking room as the catagory was low . Why don’t hotel / Expedia put it in site that the room is of low category .

I think the management of this hotel needs tranning on handling customers! Room leaking ( water comming out is ac vent) 2) false commitments to change room . 3) low category ( rooms ) this catagory was not known to us when we booked the hotel through your site , we came to know about it , when we checked in the hotel. Hotel informed that we are in the low catogary room . Worst experience . Pl return our money !

"Nice hotel,Near the airport ,In main city,Quiet "

The hotel is very good.Near to airport.Quiet place. Food is very good and you get all types of food. But it is very costly. Staff is very cooperative. For business meetings it is very convenient.
