"Very good overall property"

Very nice property. Breakfast Buffet spread is good. Lunch and dinner buffet also good. Very good meditranian restaurant though over priced.

"Great stay"

It felt very relaxing to stay at the Radison Blu in Dhaka. The breakfast is really great. The AC units needs some work (crackling sounds and broken thermostat)

"Shirt Stay"

Overall Good hotel for business purpose and not for family, no play area for children. Restaurant didn't have any menu option for kids or any suggestions when asked as well. Staff in restaurant were chatting among them selves pretty loud when we were there for Alcatra Meal in the evening , not sure enough training has been given. But I must say Bell Man: Mr Mahmud was extraordinarily help, kind and guided us for the experience. He made the extra effort to arrange our next morning travel to airport and was very friendly with my children. Money paid for the stay was for children's pleasure and experience , but the hotel has missed the point. However we stayed in Raddison Blue in Agra and it had all the amenities.

"Dirty and disappointing."

Dirty old property. No upgrades to the room and facilities for many years. Lazy unhelpful service. Slow check in and check out. Rooms dirty and used. The only good part was the service at The sublime restaurant and the location. With new hotels opening in Dhaka The Radiason is the thing I the past. Better to stay at Le Meridien or at The Westin.

"Comfortable, safe - but pricey"

Even though we prepaid room charges, we are asked to pay (block credit card) USD 500 for incidentals we may use. I felt this was offensive. Otherwise, the hotel is safe, comfortable but very pricey (room charges and all other things/ services)

"worst 5 star hotel ever"

stay was comfortable but with the security level I felt like I was in a jail. outsiders are not allowed to meet any guests inside hotel so guests have to come outside hotel to meet friends. The price is way too expensive compared to the size of rooms and comfort. don't know how it got 5 star rating with these small sized rooms. will never book this hotel again and advice everyone to avoid this hotel.
