Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Laurie was of great assistance to ensure we were taken care of during our stay despite some booking issues. She handled things efficiently and I appreciate her customer service

The hotel is very nice and clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff especially Laurie, at the front desk, were exceptional. Laurie went out of her way to help out a lot of the members on my trip.

You stay once or twice and it’s great but how will it be the very next time… or even the one after that? The answer: Exceptional. Every. Single. Time. And that level of consistency doesn’t just happen by fluke. It takes extraordinary employees like Laurie to make it happen. She absolutely puts her heart into her job and genuinely cares about people. (You Can Definitely Tell) Her kindness, attention to detail, and positivity have made every stay feel warm and special. She’s also ready at a moment’s notice to help with any questions or concerns, whether it’s transportation details or nearby events. As I can certainly admit from all of the questions we've asked prior with Laurie... Patience is a virtue but she really shows it! 😊 Team members like Laurie are what truly set this hotel apart. Yes, the rooms are clean, the dining and drinks are excellent, and the amenities are abundant (pool, microwave, fridge, & everything you need). But the icing on the cake is being welcomed back not just as guests, but as returning friends. When we walk into the lobby to check in and see Laurie at the desk, we know there’s not only a familiar smile waiting for us but someone who truly cares as well! First time here, I came for a little get away staycation. Upon check in I was welcomed with a warm smile from the front desk agent Laurie. The room was nice and tidy! I really enjoyed all of the amenities on property. What a great location too! Would highly recommend to my family and friends.
