The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt at home and well looked after.

Very few staff for breakfast, lead to frustration for others because one staff member was running the floor with many guests.

This hotel is everything you could ask for! Great location near the airport, great rooms, great food options! But most of all it was the people at the desk! Missy, Fabio, and Laurie were polite, efficient and a joy to be around! Can I give it more than five stars!

That the hotel right next door had a very similar name they said everybody stops there first.. but they were kind and directed me to the right Hotel

Airport shuttle was great to and from. We stayed before our flight and after our return flight. We booked our room online along with a breakfast. We were given continental breakfast coupons at the front desk. The first day we were told it included everything on the breakfast menu. When we returned and stayed we were told it only included the continental breakfast. Not sure if it was because the first day was a menu breakfast and the second stay was buffet, either way need to be consistent. When we booked online through 3rd party website it only said breakfast which we paid extra for. Other than that the place was good overall.

We recently held a meeting at the hotel, and Aaron went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire day. Aaron made sure our meeting room stayed well-stocked—constantly refilling water, coffee, and supplies without us even having to ask. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made a huge difference and allowed our event to go off without a hitch. Thank you, Aaron, for your excellent service and dedication—you truly helped make our meeting a success!

I do a lot of traveling and I frequent hotels normally near the airport for easy access getting back-and-forth to my flights. This hotel offers a complementary service from 4 AM to 1 AM seven days a week including weekends and holidays. There is an on-site restaurant available seven days a week in the morning and six days a week in the evening as on Sundays, they are closed in the evening. Breakfast will consist of made to order meals so everything is freshly made when you order it. The property looked new but I found out that They renovated not so long ago and that’s why everything is actually new! When you first enter, you will undoubtedly notice the very fresh scent “clean” in the lobby . The staff is over the top friendly. The beds I find are extremely comfortable. I had a little time so I was able to enjoy the pool, which is heated and towels are already out there for me! I took their complementary shuttle that they offer to go downtown for a while several restaurants best ice cream shop and did a little shopping. ! Nicely updated comfortable and very clean, delicious food. A heated pool , fitness center and the most friendly staff I’ve ever come across. It’s been my go to hotel! Highly recommended!
