Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was incredibly friendly from start to finish, and the staff made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. Everyone was helpful, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which added to the overall great experience. Everything came together perfectly, and I left feeling relaxed and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

My stay at this hotel was truly excellent. The level of service stood out right away—staff were professional, warm, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very well-appointed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything from the comfort of the bed to the overall upkeep of the property reflected a high standard of care. It’s rare to find a place that gets both service and accommodations so right. I would gladly return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Great location near airport with Shuttle

A very bad place.

My family needed a place to stay the night before our flight. We picked this hotel as Hilton Honor memebers and because the reviews were pretty good. We experienced the exact opposite. The pictures of this hotel on their website are outdated. This hotel is old and needs a major update. Although we did not use the pool we could see it from our room. It was in terrible shape. The concrete is coming off the inside of the pool in several areas. Our room was unacceptable. First the shower had yellowish stains. The blanket on the bed had pulls all over it and I found a long hair in the bed. The floor has a run under the bed but the rest is some type of vinyl which was sticky in several places. The a/c is a unit under the window and is very loud and goes on and off all night. We asked for a shuttle to take us to the airport at 4:30 am. We were told they could accommodate that. Yet, the shuttle did not show up until 4:43 am. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told the shuttle is never on time as it picks up at several other hotels. Had I known this in advance, I would have called an Uber so I did not miss my flight. The lobby was the best part of this hotel as it looked clean and maintained. I would highly recommend going elsewhere until they decide to renovate this hotel.
