Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort

My wife and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary with dinner at Venezia restaurant. A truly superb experience with excellent food, service and atmosphere. The staff were wonderful and had prepared so many delightful surprises, making the celebration extra special. Our sincere thanks to Thalia, Jeab, Ma, Naf, Ple, Nook, Pee Mai, as well as Milk and Pao from the kitchen. Thanks to GM Jonathon for his warm welcome and generosity. A night to remember.

Had a great time at the pool bar. Sam and Boy were very fun and very entertaining. They really made us feel welcome and relaxed. The entire team was great. Including Palmy, Sky, and Na.

Sam, Boy, Palmy, Shy, NA at the pool bar were very personable and efficient. They provided a great atmosphere for my friends and I while enjoying some drinks in the pool. Aside from the great pool atmosphere our room amenities and cleanliness were top notch. Highly recommend this resort.

We stayed at the Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort for 9 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was large, good and very clean. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and enjoyed a large variety of choice each morning. The activities on offer were expectional, our tour guide was knowledgeable and took us to areas which were less crowded. We went on 3 excursions through the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed each trip. The service you received was above and beyond, with a tasty lunch provided as well. As well as this, the golf course provides a tricky, yet rewarding experience. The staff in the activity centre are helpful, and even discounted my second round due to a rain affected first round. The cost of the club hire and green fee was very reasonable, especially for the condition of the course. A huge thank you to all the staff, in particular Thalia who made our stay very memorable from start to finish. Her artwork is exceptional, and she gave us some amazing handmade magnets as keep sakes. Another thank you goes to Wade, who was very welcoming each time we saw him. Thalia had mentioned to him how we liked to collect magnets from each country we visit, he then kindly gifted us with a magnet from the hotel. Alongside this, we had a few hours before our transfer, Wade kindly let us access the club lounge for us to relax before our departure. The hotel has a lot to offer, from the gym to the spa, there is something for everyone. It is a calm, relaxing atmosphere which never feels busy even with a number of guests staying at the resort. A perfect place to stay for our first trip to Thailand. Overall an excellent stay!

Great hotel. Spacious, well equipped rooms. Huge swimming pool. Even though hotel is big, it feels very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast choice excellent. Egg omelettes (European) made to order delicious. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Staff at the club milessime (Luke, Lukwha and Pepsi) exceptional. Evening cocktails service by Luke very attentive, calm rails prepared almost on the spot. One of the best hotel lounges I experienced, especially as far as service effectiveness is concerned.

We spent the afternoon in club mileseme. Food and service were absolutely fantastic. I’d like to give a special shout out to Luke, Lukwha and Pepsi. Really professional, friendly and looked after us really well. A credit to your organisation!

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and it’s definitely one of my favourite hotels. The property is beautiful, the staff are professional, and the rooms are both spacious and elegant. We stayed in a suite with direct pool access and lounge entry. The room was very large and comfortable, and the bathroom was truly amazing. The lounge was lovely, offering a great selection of snacks and small tapas. The pool — and especially the breakfast — are simply outstanding, and the kids’ activities are fantastic.

Beautiful hotel, we was here same time last year, and asked for a room was liked, our request was granted, food 5 star, very happy to return made to feel very welcome, clean and beautiful, well worth that bit extra, will hopefully be back again next year, one of my favorites

The resort has a lot of great facilities especially for children however the rooms were just not 5 star. The bed was hard, the room needed major refurb and the bathroom too. Everything was just tired. We ended up leaving because when we tried to nap after check in and my husbands back was already aching. We explained that the rooms just weren’t upto standard and they didn’t seem to care so we left. I think it’s time they give those rooms some love because it lets down the rest of the resort.
