"Spa experience"

Aziza and kumna at the sofitel krabi hotel were amazing. I've never wrote a review before but I had to this time. Went to the spa to relax came out feeling like a new woman. They're both very professional and accommodating. Every detail is thought of from temperature of the room to making sure the pressure isn't too strong. Would highly recommend. Will be coming back!

"Perfect Family Escape"

We spent a week at Sofitel Krabi and loved every moment. The resort is perfect for families—spacious rooms, a huge pool, and an amazing Kids Club. Our daughter adored the activities, thanks to the caring team (Sandy, Praere, Nu). The bar staff (Tas, Minh, Focus) impressed us with creative drinks, and dining was excellent both in the Club Lounge and main restaurant. Special thanks to Deena, Pepsi, and Lukwha for their warm hospitality at the executive lounge. Bella, the concierge, went above and beyond—helping with excursions and organising a surprise anniversary celebration that made our trip unforgettable. A heartfelt shoutout to Yui, our nanny, who gave our daughter joyful days and us peace of mind. If you’re travelling with kids, she’s incredible. Sofitel Krabi is the perfect mix of luxury and family-friendly service. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely return!

"Amazing experience"

The location is a bit far from the busy area but we loved that. The atmosphere was great in every part of the resort. The rooms are clean and comfortable We think it’s a good value for the money! I want to say that the pool bar stuff are great! Sky, Rak, Sem, Na, Palmy, boy!
