Homewood Suites by Hilton Lexington-Hamburg

Wonderful place to stay. My wife and I will come back to stay every year on the way to home.

The mattress was worn out, the bed itself had your head down hill so we had to move the bed. Then at 8:30am housekeeping came beating on our door waking us up. Checkout is 11am. So much light came through our windows because there's a light right by the window. Ive stayed in this hotel before and of course in a different room so maybe its just the room. Also the shower water ran out into floor. We had to use towels to clean ot so we wouldn't slip and fall.

This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites and we loved the experience. This hotel is in excellent shape. The room was spacious and wonderfully furnished. It has a kitchenette so if you were staying longer it would be perfect. The bathroom was large, had a great shower and a nightlight. The bed was very comfortable.

Overnight on way to cruise in Florida. Very clean, excellent service at check in.

It's near shopping but out of the congestion of traffic

DO NOT stay at this hotel !! While the hotel itself is nice and great location, the management is horribly rude. Not only were our polite requests for a new larger room responded with threats of being thrown out (yes, really), but I witnessed a couple with children who had requested a connecting room, but did not receive it, be told tough, cannot help. Also, see a review on hotel website on Oct 4 where couple's reservation was cancelled for simply asking for their customary free bottle of water as Honors members.

The room was very clean and cozy. My only issues is the person who check us in was making fun of the way I talked.
