Nice stay, clean, comfortable, and decent customer service. The young girl at the counter was nice and all but seemed to rush us when we asked questions about our Diamond Bag and never said thanks for being one or anything related to it. We then called from the room to let her know we would be checking out a day earlier and she took care of it but again, a rush conversation and goodbye. Also, the ice maker on the 1st floor was not working, when we went back into the hotel to get ice before departing the next morning. Room 305, 8/30 - 8/31/2024, v/r, Dr. K. King

"Terrific except for TV service"

The building is very nice and the staff was terrific. However, we're never had such unreliable television service. It went out several times due to rain.

"Overall ok."

The overall renovations are very nice. The bathroom area is great! Breakfast offerings were so-so. I just can’t deal with the pre-made egg omelet things. I wish more Homewoods were like Salina, KS and offered a real breakfast. Every Homewood owner should visit Salina to see how it is done. Everything was clean, except a heads up that the bedroom in 401 definitely smelled like dog. It was pretty gross. I could not figure out the odor in the room and then I bent down to put on my shoes between the beds…and it was very clear. Not in love with the tile floor in the living room area. Felt unwelcoming and not warm. Not sure we will come back.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was bummed out that they won’t allow a person to be in the pool unless another person is present, I mostly travel alone so I was sad about that. The staff was very friendly. They had a great breakfast and the room was totally clean! I loved the kitchen and it helped me save money making my own food! Great place! I would definitely recommend it!
