The rooms are very comfortable. The bed was as comfortable as everybody had been raving about in the food and staff were first class.

Conveniently situated close to restaurant and easy walk cinemas. Secure parking. Excellent staff and the little extra things they provide are seen and appreciated. Free laundy use with included detergent, freshly baked cookies for you to enjoy and free bottle or water ! This hotel is our go to in Townsville .

Property was conveniently located, and I wish we had a chance to use the pool during our short stay.

The rooms are a little dated, but honestly they are fine clean comfy

Location Restraint being down stairs with good variety of other places to dine out the pub was excellent

Parking was terrible It was hard to find Toilet clogged up Bin stunk Adjoining room door wasn’t locked
