Entry light did not work and the shower dripped all night

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Room seemed clean but one pillowcase had makeup stains on it which made us question the rest of the bedding. The air conditioner didn't seem to work. No matter how much we lowered the temperature, the room remained stuffy and never cooled. Our friends in two other rooms said the same thing about their room temperatures/stuffiness. Great location and we felt safe. The hotel was fully booked, yet we had no problem finding parking in the front lot. We didn't use the indoor pool, although we heard people in it as we were waiting on the elevator. We also didn't eat the complimentary breakfast so I can't comment on it.

Well I just stayed the Sunday before so was surprised that the room wasn't the same price. I didn't understand why.

The location was ideal, it was clean, the breakfast was good, great water pressure.

Everything was great for me and my family, except for the beds. I have back problems, so I did not think too much about it. However, my husband and daughter complained that the beds were pretty uncomfortable for them as well. This was the only thing that we did not like.

The property is nice for a night or 2 it is pretty clean over all. The issue is the evening staff. The guy has no personality. He is not friendly at all. The property though was fine. Only issue is the ac, otherwise. The ac was put on 60 and never got before 68. It was hot in the room all night. But would stay here again if needed.
