The water stopped working in the middle of my shower!! I ended up using the water from the tank on the back of the toilet to rinse my hair out and they didn't care!! Like it was my problem!! I will never stay there or recommended them to anyone!!!

The motel is nice has several usb ports. I ask for a late check out because of a medical procedure. I informed the staff of this at check in. At 1045 housekeeping knocked on my door. I informed her i had late check out. Which was just an hour but i had at procedure at 530am and was trying to rest before heading home. She knocked again at 11am told her late checkout so she went to front desk and he called my room. I wont stay there again. I will pay more and stay at tru hilton down the street

"Nice hotel, but cold pool"

Had a nice indoor pool

While the pool was nice, the water was freezing cold so I didn’t enjoy it but my husband did. I also thought there was a hot tub but there wasn’t
