SureStay Hotel by Best Western Greenville

The room was dirty, the faucet didn’t work in the bathroom, the TV was crooked on the wall. The food for breakfast was all expired.

Bathroom was new and clean

The too Smelled bad and the carpet was stained and sticky. There were people outside our window loitering late at night smoking pot and laughing loudly.

Location was good

Old, out dated, musty smelling, not worth the price for sure.

Clean property from the parking lot, to the lobby and halls to the room. Easy check in with friendly staff. Quiet, safe area with no problems at a great price. I have paid a lot more for a lot less.

Very disappointed. Very few choices for breakfast. Very warm in the common areas, especially the hallways.

We were driving back home and decided we had driven far enough for the day. Looked for hotels near where we were. Reviews sounded good so we booked a night. This hotel has three buildings, so you may not be in the one where you check in. Our room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast isn't much which we knew from the reviews, but we grabbed coffee and went to McDonalds as we headed out of town.

It was decent. Its run down but overall not a bad place to stay.

The location was great.

The room was dirty, stains and wrappers on the floor and on the sheets in our room. “Hair” all over in the tub. The halls were extremely hot. The pool was ice cold due to broken boiler. Went down for breakfast at 6am no food and no one was there.

Friendly staff, clean lobby.

No AC in upstairs hallway, very muggy. Room had a musty smell.
