SureStay Hotel by Best Western Greenville

The hot tub didn’t work the pools heater was out. There was no breakfast. Our room was in a totally different building than the main hotel. So when we tried ordering food, they canceled our order because they couldn’t find where we were. We asked for sheets and blankets for the whole that couch. They never gave us any. I really do believe that if you are an owner manager of a property and you know that your hot tub pool and all that is not working you should have it listed not available at this time when people go to book.

First of all, the rooms looked Nothing like any of the pictures I had seen on the website! I asked for (2) queen sized beds; they were full size beds. Both mattresses were worn out and sunken in. The bedding looked as if they were curtains, no lie! No comforter. The carpet was stained! The bathroom was extra small; the door nearly touched the toilet when you opened it. The bathroom was also poorly clean. Dust/dirt build up in the corners and the toilet was filthy. The bath towels were small, they didn't wrap arounds the body and I'm not a big person, (5'7 145 lbs to be exact) and the smelled like feet. Never again!!!!! It was Not worth the $99 I paid per night!

Stayed for two nights and the first night we had no hot water so they gave us a key to another building to use a shower in a different room. I paid for a bed with 2 queen beds and the room they gave us was 2 full beds. I’m not recommending this hotel to anyone.

I don’t normally review but the quality of the room has gone down- there was trash left in the room- one of the towels was dirty (we should have reported it but we needed to get in the road), the ice bucket was dirty. Things I don’t feel should have gone unnoticed by the cleaning staff.

I never got an email and went the wrong hotel. Please send me a refund

The pictures definitely lie on this one. Terrible area. Rude staff. Old rooms with poor amenities.

Older property may be more for breakfast

There was nothing about this hotel that I liked other than it was convenient for the reason we were staying in this town.

The hotel is in severe need of updating!!! The door lock did not work. I can't even begin to tell you how many trips I had to make to the front desk for new key cards - of which the new ones did not work either!!! The desk clerks made comments that when they were in and out of the room the previous day that the cards did not work then either!!! Breakfast items were a joke! The standard waffle maker and toast was all that was there on Monday. Not even any jelly or butter! The coffee pots had to be pumped a zillion times to get the coffee to come out!!! When I complained, there was a new coffee dispenser on Tuesday. I chose this hotel, as it was Best Western affiliated. Had I known or had been to this city before, I never would have chosen it!!!
