The room smelled terrible!! Holes in sheets

Location was good. Room was nice enough. TV, refrigerator, ac, the normal.

There were two bars of soap. One for shower and one for sink outside the bathroom. But no lotion or conditioner and only a half bottle of used shampoo.

Nice housekeeper. She found my phone that I almost left.

Pool not operational. Facility a bit run down.

Parking lot was in bad condition, big holes at entrance and asphalt broken up. Bathroom tub water control valve bad, pool not open, soda & vending machine empty.

The parking lot and entrance were in very poor condition.

A soild, old , safe place

Front desk crew was not very interested and breakfast was a bowl of cereal or a yogurt. The room was what we needed and the bed comfortable.

We booked this hotel because there was a pool and we have 2 young kids. The pool was no open for a long time because no one can fix it !! We would appreciate to have an email (we book it 4 months earlier) that the pool was not available so we could change the hotel.

The suite was a good size for our family of 5.
