Fridge was barely cold. Towels were soft. Second time staying here. I will stay again.

Staff friendly. Check in was great for not booking a room ahead of time. Unfortunately the pool was not available.

Nice people. Room had 2 missing light bulbs over sink. The wired fire alarm on ceiling was missing.. just wires sticking out. Carpet old and smelled.

Average property. Dated but clean

We read on the reviews that the pool is always out of order and when we got there it did look that way - like it was never coming back. My kids gave me the "catfished by a motel" merit badge because this hotel was much more outdated than it looks in the photos. We had a hard time getting the key to open the door (it looked like it could take a card but the desk person said for our particular "suite" we had to use an actual metal key). The room was on the second floor with no elevator which was hard for my parents who are 80 and 88 to climb the stairs. You could hear all the toilets flushing around us and all the showers. On the positive side, the people working at the desk were nice. The AC worked and there was a breakfast - mostly toast, bagels, juice. Overall, we wish we had stayed in the hotel next door which looked nicer.
