It’s an ok hotel. Super busy as you would expect as it’s attached to a convention centre. Food is much improved compared to a couple of years ago. Rooms are clean but the bathroom had damp embedded in the tiles and the room had a musty smell and the mattress had seen better days - every wire could be felt in the mattress.

Average hotel, clean, comfortable, nice pool, but overpriced, lowsy service and the location is isolated, a long walk from any shops or commercial areas. No TucTucs allowed! Taxis overcharge, nogotiate!

"Great for business trips"

The service was exquisite, but the facilities were old, the pool wasn't well maintained and the room wasn't the cleanest, a bit dusappointing.. the food was excellent at breakfast

Great hotel. Good food, nice gym, very friendly service. Very convenient for the HICC conventions center. The bad and pillows could be more comfy.

"Hotel with nothing much to eat around."

The front desk told me hotel taxi was full even for advance booking. I'm beginning to think if it's the Novotel standards. Other than the above, stay was good but not great. Rooms could use a bit of Reno.

Overall a great stay. Comfortable beds and amenities - clean rooms with water and soaps ready for your brief stay. Just make sure you choose the hotel inside or outside the customs area as you can not get isnside unless your are connecting, prior to 3 hours before your departure. I will stay at this hotel again.
