"Green Hotel"

I stayed in the poolside room. The open window gives a great view of hotel lawn, adjacent pond (not swimming pool) and also an excellent view of Hyderabad jewel (Hitech city). The hotel offers cool and pleasant stay as it is little away from the main road unlike other big hotels in the city. The complimentary breakfast (may not be available in all packages) was awesome. South indian items were too good. Steamed non-veg items and smoothies were excellent. Poolside beds offers great comfort for leisure time. We can allow kids inside pool as it is only 4 ft deep. Hotel staff is tooooooo gooooooood.

"Pathetic Novotel stay"

It sucked. I was sick and hotel staff did not help. I had to go get my medicine. Shower was only 4 feet tall. Bathroom was dirty. Bed was not comfortable. Food was ordinary. No free wifi in lobby either.
