Grate hotel

It was almost good. However, Elevator start by inserting the card key of the room was troublesome. And card key will often malfunction. Often, card key malfunction was in trouble a lot of people occur. It was very inconvenient. Without even it, the room nearly good also is a clean facility.

It was a nice hotel, but didn't meet my expectations. I had seen other star hotels before and when compared to them, it didn't worth the money spent. The bathroom layout was disappointing. It was not my type and not comfortable for families.

the room was very clean well furnished wit a very comfortable bed and a high speed internet , was really value for money , never the less the breakfast spread was excellent and the food had taste

Very well maintained. We booked two connecting rooms for two nights. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. Only negative is that the mini bar in both rooms were locked, which we expected for this star hotel.

Conference stay. Booked for convenience. First world hotel room rate in a third world country. Expected 4 star experience and got it. Friendly staff, helpful. Facilities adequate but nothing to write home about (considering Novotel is building in India there would be more facilities but it feel like another compact hotel building in a European capital city) I have certainly stayed in another 4 star hotel (international chain) in India for much less.

The hotel is good as a conference venue. However, it is in rundown condition in need of renewal, especially the furniture and bathrooms. It is located far away from the city centre and major attractions. A number of rooms are advertised as overlooking a lake which is dry most of the year except during the monsoon season. The staff are polite and the managers were especially accommodating.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. My colleague and I attended a conference at the hotel and stayed there for 4 nights. It is a very nice hotel with very comfy rooms. What we liked most was the service of the staff, they attended to our needs very promptly and provided us with the best service all the time. The only negative point about this hotel was the location, it is a bit away from the city. So getting into the city was a bit difficult, and booking a cab is not very easy in Hyderabad. The Hotel cabs costs double the normal rate. However coming back was always easy, we would hop in a tuc tuc. Anyways it was a memorable stay

the location of the hotel is good as it situated in calm and clean area of the city but nothing near by and traffic is to terrible
