Excellent hotel.

Very clean

There was a party under our room that went on till 11:30. Couldn’t sleep and the people set off the fire alarm at 10:30. Always had to have food replaced on the breakfast bar- biscuits were half cooked. When we got there- there was a pregnant woman hanging all over the counter- pants around her crotch and shirt under her bust. Not what you want to see when checking in

great amenities. Very comfortable, clean and friendly. Omly 2 small complaints: asked for wake-up call' never got it I was awake anyways so it did not matter but I did need to be on the road on time so if I wasn't awake, it would have been a big problem for making my meeting on time. No fruit except apples and oranges at breakfast - no bananas or chunk fruit

The area is nice, but the location sometimes makes it hard to enter the highway. They hotel was clean, but there are not alot of ammenities within the hotel. Dunkin doughnuts is in the parking lot as well as a restaurant, so that helped. It is close to everything with 30 minutes. Breakfast is the normal hotel stuff and wasnt bad.

Food was mediocre

We spent three nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Ruckersville, 12/23 - 12/26. It was very nice. Easy parking. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked, and was about average for a two and half star hotel. The bathroom was a little small but okay. We paid about ten dollars extra a night for a larger room (369 sq/ft compared to 231 sq/ft). It was worth it. The staff from the maid service, front desk, and breakfast area were all pleasant, helpful, and competent. My only compliant in our bathroom the shower/tub drain was slow. After a shower you were standing in about two inches of water. I mentioned it to the front desk and they told me they would notify maintenance. It never got looked at, but this was the day before Christmas and Christmas day, so I can understand if people weren't available. Overall, a very nice basic hotel, I would recommend it to anyone.
