The Lodge at Eagle Crest Resort

The price was great. Outside that I have nothing good to say about the stay. Kind deluxe suite was advertised to have a hot tub in room that why I drove over an hour out of my way to stay there .. should have called first. The guy who checked me in was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to help. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Staff, room cleanliness,shower had no water pressure and needed cleaned. Couch had a tear in cushion..

I love the location of Eagle Crest and have had good experiences in condos in the past. the Central Oregon setting is beautiful.

We arrived later in the evening after visiting family and nothing was open. The hot tubs were already closed, no restaurants or cafes open and we really wanted dessert or a snack. We hiked around the hotel, including in a en entire wing that seemed to be closed with only a single light on, looking for vending machines to finally find out there were on the second floor only which seemed to be part of the time share as it was much nicer. The room was odd, didn’t seem all that clear, and looked like it hadn’t been remodeled since the late 90s or early 2000s. Overall I just much higher hopes as I thought Eagle Creat as a nice resort.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The bathroom had visible mold, and the pillows were stained. The walls were very thin, so I could hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms — including a couple arguing late into the night, which made it hard to sleep. The meals were overpriced and seemed to be reheated rather than freshly prepared. It would be much better if they offered a buffet option and included it in the room rate. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for comfort or value.
