We have stayed here many times. It has gone downhill! It wasn’t as clean or maintained as it use to be. Outside and inside could use so work

The room was freezing with some kind of homemade ducting from the heater in one room to another room. The thermostat did not work, just displayed an error code. There was black mold in the shower, obvious bodily fluid sraind on all the furniture. The sliding door lock does not work, so I'm not sure if I liked the balcony or not? I couldn't get out to see. The coffee pot did not work, and the front desk was nice enough to tell me when the café opens so I could wait an hour and buy some coffee. I took multiple photos of how gross it really was. The worst part is that I paid extra for the "upgraded" room. I can't even imagine how disgusting a standard room would be.

Our room 120 had no lock on the sliding door. The bar lock was there but not the actual door lock. We felt safe, but a lady was out looking on the porches for cigarettes.

Good value.

Ants in bathroom, uneven floor surface in bedroom caused me to roll my ankle, room wasn’t ready until after check in time

Cleanliness and location.

Outdated room. No fan in the bathrooms. Very bland with no decoration or pictures in the walls. No sun ports for phone charging.
