Upgraded amenities, beautiful lodge like feel

Was not communicated that they had access to a pool year around. Pictures show an outdoor pool we had no idea we could go to a near by facility and use indoor pool or that hot tub is year around

Location downstairs was nice but cumbersome to get to the room w/ luggage; far from main desk. Door to enter building was close to room but broken & dangled several days, which made us question how secure building was.

Toilet was plugged after we’d been gone all day, speculated housekeeper& front desk personnel had to come unplug during the stay. Living room couch was extremely hard &uncomfortable. Room needed updating. Fireplace didn’t work right & was extremely noisy when running

I like how clean it always is

The beds are so hard

Beds are very comfortable and staff were all very kind

The cafe was understaffed, leaving only one worker to handle all the tables plus room service and counter service. We ended up waiting almost an hour for food. There were also a couple of odd things about our room. The shower also only had half a door so the floor outside was wet- the shower itself was a little moldy… the only way you can turn on the water is to step fully inside, so you’re under cold water. Overall, kind of dated facilities with low staff.

Toilet was broken had to manually flush, ceiling above shower is patched and looks like it’s about to leak, no instructions on how to work heater or what to dial to get to the front desk. When we arrived it was freezing in our room.

The golf course

The room was dirty smelling and room was next to trash cans which attracted a lot of flies and small insects in to the room the pool was also dirty

THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, AND I LIKED IT ONCE I SWITCHED FROM THE PARKING LOT TO THE GOLF COURSE SIDE.

THE FACILITIES ARE LIKE AN OLD MOTEL, NOT A $250 PER NIGHT ROOM. IT'S ADVERTISED AS A LODGE AND THERE'S NOTHING LODGE LIKE ABOUT IT. THE LOBBY IS UGLY AND POORLY FURNISHED AND NOT KEPT UP. THERE SHOULD BE A BREAKFAST INCLUDED AND YET, EVEN IF FREE, I WOULD NOT HAVE WANTED TO EAT OR SIT THERE.
