Love the location.

Love going to Eagle Crest, but this last time was a bit disappointing. The headboard in the room was falling apart and flaking off all over the bed. There were sugar ants all over. They seemed to be short staffed, as a few times we went to the desk for something and there was no one around and had to wait like 15 minutes for someone to show up because they were busy doing something else.

Beautiful setting, reasonably priced but dated resort. We've stayed at Eagle Crest many times, usually through VRBO. This was our first time at the Lodge. Staff is super friendly and so helpful. However the room is dated. The leather headboards are worn and peeling. The mattresses uncomfortable. The bathroom needs refurbishment. The linens are worn and no comforters. Access to pools & rec centers is a bonus.
