"A beautiful resort that has everything to offer"

Our return visit to the Ramada Khao Lak was fabulous as always, making it one of our cherished resorts in Khao Lak. The warm welcome, delicious food, excellent service, beautiful surroundings and wonderful amenities, including daily classes of yoga and stretch classes, contributed to a great stay. All staff are very friendly and accommodating and I would like to specially mention Aui, Hua, WaaWaa, Kan, Lak and Nonny. We have already booked for October.

"Agree with Alessio from Poland"

Regarding the GM's response to Alessio from Poland's dissatisfaction with the sunbed issue. We were there and saw the whole sorry incident. The GM did manage to calm both parties down, however, we can understand how the issue occurred as the four front row beds were 'commandeered' every morning by the two parties living in the the adjacent beach front villas. They seemed to feel that they had a god given right to these beds, and were guilty themselves of not occupying all of them at any one time for well over 45mins. Albeit, leaving just one person at times to 'cover' the beds. It became a daily game for us during our stay to see who occupied said beds. And finally, there definitely was an 'arrogance' shown from said four bed hoggers. We had a great holiday by the way.
