Ramada Resort by Wyndham Khao Lak

La chambre très spacieuse avec la piscine privée. Tout cela était très confortable. Le placement avec la plage juste à côté. Le personnel toujours souriant.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. What shocked me the most was the clear difference in how guests are treated. During my stay, my towel was moved from a front-row position other guests while we were havingbreakfast, without any communication or respect. It was simply taken and placed elsewhere, as if my presence did not matter. What made the situation worse was the impression that certain guests, particularly guests from a specific country, were allowed to behave as they wished, while others were treated as second-class. This created a very uncomfortable and unfair atmosphere. Hospitality should be about respect and equal treatment for all guests, regardless of nationality. Unfortunately, this was not my experience here. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that all guests are treated with the same level of respect in the future.

Came back after 12 years for our 3rd stay still as amazing as ever pool staff so good brilliant Will definitely be back very accessible to the town breakfast was very good

Frühstück immer wieder gleich. Die Auswahl war jedoch gross genug um abwechslungsreich essen zu können. Die Lage des Hotels ist genial.

Wenn ich sehr lange suche, fällt mir nur ein, dass lange Spaziergänge am Strand nur bei Ebbe möglich sind ...oder beim Zahlen einer kleinen Gebühr für das Traversieren des Flusses.
