Ramada Resort by Wyndham Khao Lak

This resort is in a great location, right on the beach with shops, restaurants and markets in walking distance. Other hotels in Khao Lak are quite isolated and require transportation if you want to see something else. The rooms, pool and grounds are very well maintained. The staff is outstanding and deserve 6*! The smiles and greetings are genuine and the breakfast service and Sassi's staff members remember your choices or room number and treat you warmly and accomodating. The food offerings are very tasty and cater for Thai and Western taste. I felt truly welcome. This has been my third visit and it won't be my last!

Sehr freundliches und zivorkommendes Personal

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada resort. Hotel was on the quiet side when we stayed but this just helped towards a relaxing atmosphere. Room was clean and a good size, pool area never crowded and sunbeds were always available, and the same for the beach which the hotel is situated directly upon. We stayed full board so used Sassi’s (the on site restaurant) very frequently. The food here was always good quality, one of our party is vegetarian and they found it a little limited towards the end/10 days into the holiday, but otherwise plentiful selection. Our children appreciated table tennis, pool and some of the other games around the hotel, and it was great to experience Songkran whilst we were there. The staff could not be more friendly and willing to help, in particular the restaurant staff and many thanks to Pop from Sassi’s who always made sure we were well looked after. The hotel is quiet on an evening but there is plenty going on in the surrounding area, but overall a perfect location for a relaxing break in Khao Lak, and very pleased we chose this for our first ever trip to Thailand. Thank you to all the staff at this resort.

Dinner was poor value for money compared to eating out

Super relax. Super propre. Franchement top classe avec la mer rien que pour nous et une belle piscine. Le service est top et l’accueil a été royal. Si je reviens à Khao Lak je reviens ici pour sûr.
