Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort

Always an amazing experience at this resort, this was our 5th time here and we can't wait for our sixth! All of the staff is absolutely amazing including Ryan, Ed, Jenny, Oriana, Patrone, Chauncey, Arlene ,Stefan, Michael and Angela. You really made this birthday girl feel so very special!! You are the reason why we choose to come back year after year!

Exceptional Experience (Again!) ​I’m currently wrapping up my second stay at the Beach House Hilton, and it was just as wonderful as the first. This property has officially become my go-to when visiting the area. ​The atmosphere is consistently welcoming, and the service remains top-notch. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such high standards across multiple visits, but the team here really nails the details. Whether you're looking for a relaxing escape or a premier spot for photography, the views and location are unbeatable. ​Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall hospitality was excellent. I’m already looking forward to my third visit!

I checked in today and wanted to make this stay very special for my husband’s birthday. Nicole T at the customer service desk is absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect room that suited our needs and wants. She made sure I knew all of the amenities the hotel offered as well as offered additional information to make sure we found everything in the area to enjoy during our stay. Excellent customer service such as this will make me return to The Beach House every time I’m in south Florida.

Where do I even begin with Lou? This man deserves his own trophy for customer service excellence. I called to book a reservation and from the second Lou got on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. I opened up and told him about something that happened with our family at this hotel eight years ago and how we were promised that when we returned, they would make it right. Without hesitation, Lou stepped up and made sure that promise was not going to be forgotten. He handled everything with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. You could tell it wasn't just about checking a box for him — he actually listened, he actually cared, and he made sure our upcoming stay was going to reflect that. My family hasn't even arrived yet and we already feel valued and welcomed. Lou, you are the reason people become loyal customers. You are the reason this hotel should be proud. Credit where it is absolutely due — you are outstanding at what you do and we can't wait to experience the stay you helped put together for us. See you soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first time coming to this hotel and I would have to say that it was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. We did receive an upgraded room for a minimal charge. The hotel was fantastic, the room was excellent. The view was excellent. The ocean was fantastic. Warm water (ocean) and clean. Thepool at the hotel was a little bit on the small side and a little bit overcrowded. The hot tub was overcrowded with children and the water was a little gray so I did not go in. Would be nice if theykept the kids (and I am talking about toddlers here) out of the hot tub but it was a holiday weekend and I did not want to raise a fuss. Good walkability. An excellent stay. Would not hesitate to come back again.
