Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort

We decided to break up our Southwest Florida trip by starting in Fort Lauderdale, and the Beach House Hilton was a perfect choice. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, the staff was genuinely warm and accommodating. The room was spotless, and the amenities - pool, dining options - were exactly what we needed. But what really stood out was the staff’s integrity. I didn’t realize until we’d reached Fort Myers that I’d left my AirPods behind. One call to the front desk and they had already found them and offered to hold them for our return trip. That kind of honesty and care is hard to find. We’ll definitely be back - and next time we’re staying longer.

Spent 2 nights in mid March at this property. We initially booked this as it was the most reasonably priced option in the area and we were able to secure roomy accommodations for a family of 4 with a kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, terrace and oceanfront view. This property had some good options to eat including Ilios at the pool level and S3 which we used for both breakfast and a dinner. The pool area was nice and while pool chairs went quickly, there was a team that hustled to make sure everyone was accommodated and they had an eye on people coming and going and unattended chairs. They helped us secure seating for our family for our very short stay. We arrived early (11 am) and had a late flight so we became well acquainted with the bell-team and the concierge, all of whom were pleasant, friendly and went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure we were able to enjoy the property despite not being checked in/checked out. It was a pleasure dealing with Sasha, Luis, Paul, Nixon and Luigi. The gym was incredible -- updated machines and equipment, nice view of the pool area and ocean, refrigerated towels (something I appreciate), had an attendant, wipes and towels (I'm amazed at how few hotel gyms can boast all this). Only drawback was there's very little room in the weight space and can feel claustrophobic very easily. Other drawbacks, while accommodations were reasonable, food is on the pricier side but of quality. Also, we had one experience where we booked a cabana on the beach with a 3rd party and didn't have towels for 1.5 hours as we were told the hotels hadn't delivered them. With limited time to enjoy the beach, it was inconvenient to have to limit time in the water because we didn't have towels to dry off or use in the cabana.

The location was great with many restaurants in the near vicinity. So many things to do yet, had the privacy we wanted. We would definitely come back as the staff and hotel were nothing but amazing

Hilton Beach House is an excellent hotel. Staff is wonderful. Special thanks to Luis at the bell stand for always making our stay enjoyable. He is so friendly and fun to talk to. We love seeing him.

This hotel and service was absolute perfection, special thanks to Heather H (manager) for accommodating us. So kind and professional, making customer service there to priority. Had a staycation and spent the day at the pool and spa. It was a birthday treat for myself! Shanae at the pool went above and beyond making my day special! Hilton is lucky to have her! She was very busy with the other guests but made sure to check in on me often! ALL of the staff at the pool and throughout the property were so helpful and friendly! The entire team at the spa was outstanding and Leon is the BEST massage therapist out there! The team at the Hilton gave me an amazing day and experience! THANK YOU!❤️

The check in process was seamless and we were recognized for our Diamond status. Kevan was label to get us in our room 2 hours before the 3PM check in time. She was great! This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The gym is well equipped and clean. The service at the pool and beach was excellent. If you want to an umbrella with your beach chairs you must get to the beach by 9AM. Ryan at the 6th floor restaurant bar gave great service, he remembered us from last year! The location is excellent, just north of all the dive bars, so it is very quiet with lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Nixon was super helpful and super informative! Amazing hotel and amazing vibe
