It’s comfortable and luxurious with great staff. Swimming pool excellent, sauna and steam room invigorating. If I had the slightest interest in golf my review would be more informative, but I would find myself single!

This hotel is convenient, clean and always delivers on the food front.

The hot tub being out of action and that happens all too often there!

The property includes the use of an indoor pool, sauna and steam room. This is really good value for the money. If you are going into golf, you have to pay, but there is a great golf course on site.

There was no turndown service for our towel, as someone who showers twice a day, this meant the towels were often still wet in the evening. We did go and request some new towels and they complied.

It was close to where we wanted to be

Cleanliness. We had lots of stairs to our room (506) but the final staircase had not been hovered in a long time or even dusted (the cobwebs were so visible. In the room the extra pillows were just on the floor in a walk in wardrobe. In the bathroom (only one glass for two people) but never been cleaned in a decade I would never have drinked out of it or anything else. In the room the room fan the base had not been dusted in a long time. Furniture very old also. There was a nespreso type coffee machine but seemed like you had to bring your own pods as non provided. Walking down the many stairs you could see so many cob webs. Cleaning was not something that sprowston manor did!

Breakfast selection was good. Nice to have complimentary leisure facilities access. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room had no window, the paint on the walls hadn’t been finished, the bathroom was dated, the carpet was old and the air conditioning made a lot of noise. It was below our expectations. The leisure facilities are also dated and look reminiscent of the 90s. The bar area was nice, but the staff didn’t know how to make an Aperol Spritz and it looked equally dated.

Cobwebs, bit run down in places, beds could do with being changed and loud music from a function till very late, then noise from maids in morning
