Lovely location and grounds

Jacuzzi and steam room both not working. Only one pillow each in the room, windows wouldn't stay open and no fan despite the heat. Witnessed another customer asking for a fan etc for room, receptionist quite unhelpful and rude to the gentleman enquiring.

Breakfast was good, staff very attentive. Lovely garden area to relax with a glass of wine.

Eggs at breakfast were not runny. (But they were cooked and hot) Prefer more fruit at breakfast only prunes and grapefruit. Evening menu was not same as internet, no steak or meat so had a burger. Would have liked a better menu.

Plenty of choice for both of us…including 1 vegetarian. Very tasty Staff Friday afternoon and evening were exceptional…made time to help even though very busy as there was a wedding. Great service thank you

The hotel is lovely- has decent breakfast food, a pool and lovely, outdoor space for the kids to play.

I was disappointed that the spa was not working and the room we were in was so hot so we didn’t sleep comfortably at all during our stay. The pool also ran out of towels which was disappointing and inconvenient. Staff is friendly except the bar woman who was incredibly rude when we tried to order food- the girl at the front desk told us the wrong opening time and instead of being understanding and apologetic for her colleague she was just rude to me and my family. This is the second time we have stayed here and came back because we enjoyed it so much the previous year and unfortunately the standard we expected had not been maintained.
