"Uncomfable warm in room, but a lovely stay"

Very clean and welcoming, beautiful settings, smelled lovely lol

The room we stayed in was only set up for one person so had to ask for more pillows and laundry, the room was uncomfortable hot even with 2 fans hot. No air con in it only let down

The swimmingpool, gym and grounds. The room was nice. All staff were very friendly .Breakfast was good.

The mattress was too hard. We asked for extra pillows but got no more. The existing ones were to thin and not supportive. The restaurant dinner was average .

A regular option for me when in the area. |Lovely location, generous parking, rooms spacious and comfortable. Good housekeeping. Dinner - uncomplicated menu. Breakfast buffet is generous.

The hotel itself, especially the building and the outside entrance is beautiful. Everything inside looked super nice, and presentable.

I feel like it is overpriced for what it is. When we went the spa was out of order which we had no notice about, and thats a little bit disappointing when you're going to a SPA hotel. I also feel like the breakfast was overpriced, and i think for what you pay it should be included in the price. There was also a fair bit of mould on our hotel window, which was quite shocking when we initially thought this seemed like a fancy hotel.
