Cromwell Manor Inn

Beautiful place. The manager on property was really nice and made the check in very pleasant. There’s a beautiful very large backyard that we sat at night in the grass field in lounge chairs and looked at the stars. The room was very beautiful, the bed comfortable. The very long history of the building in interesting to learn too

Great place to visit!

Staff was really nice. The room was worn out - sheets and towels felt really worn out, the bathroom had no vent so was always dank, the room was musty and stale even with the small AC unit. There was no Mountain View but rather a view onto a roof with an old ladder. No screens in windows. It was hard to ever feel fully rested or clean.

Great accommodations and super attentive staff!

Even though the place is well located in the Hudson Valley, it is not as shown online. The rooms are dirty and their condition is shabby. The Inn Manager is friendly and provided tasty breakfasts but housekeeping is not up to normal standards. The owner asked for the opportunity to hear from customers who didn’t have a “perfect stay” and said he’d communicate with the manager and housekeeping.

We had a great stay here. Highly recommended.

Troy was the best host for this last minute accomodation. We got squeezed out of a long planned stay closer to Bear Mountain however not only was Troy able to take us last minute with a dog but the grounds are incredible and this is an awesome place to stay. There are 2 properites and they are both incredibly cared for. There is a great farm store that you can walk to with a fresh bakery and treats as well as a little farm animal area. We wished we had stayed longer to explore the many vineyards and hikes in the area.

Our stay at Cromwell Manor Inn, was a true Hallmark Christmas movie in July experience. The house was very charming and fulfilled all of our expectations. Troy was an incredible host and made our stay memorable. We will definitely booked another stay in the near future.

Do not stay here. The only redeeming quality about this place is Troy. The Main House is filthy, the kitchen is filthy. Continental breakfast in the morning consisted of white bread, old everything bagels and Frosted Flakes. Troy appears to be the only person managing both buildings.

We stayed at The Cromwell Manor Inn for 2 nights. The bathroom was not clean. We had to stop for some Clorox wipes to clean the floor as it was covered with other people's hair. In addition, there was some sort of porous mat on the floor of the tub. It was dirty and covered with hair. It was gross. I had to remove it with gloves and put it in a trash bag. It was disappointing as we were expecting a nice, clean room.
