Cromwell Manor Inn

Beautiful grounds. Spacious rooms, very clean. It took a little while for the hot water to heat up, but it was worth it.

We stayed 3 nights for a weekend getaway in the Canterbury room. As many have commented, Troy is absolutely committed to customer service and making sure his guests' needs are being met. The property is charming and the grounds are beautiful. Also, the Inn is only a quick 15 minute drive to the Newburgh waterfront. We have plans to return in the fall for some leaf peeping!

I went on this trip with my 2 kids while my husband was away and it was wonderful! The kids ran around and enjoyed every minute of it! The view was amazing and the staff were great! Their breakfast was not buffet style and made to order. They were very accommodating even while my kids asked for numerous cups of juice even after they put it away! Will definitely be a go to spot for me and my family when we need a quick getaway from the city! Glad we found this gem!

We liked the hospitality, talking a bit to other guests, the property, the peace and quiet--the excellent service and breakfasts.

Our time at Cromwell Manor Inn was like staying at a good friend’s house. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall home is charming. Our host Troy did everything to ensure our welcome and started our day with a hot breakfast. Eventually, the Inn will add a full service restaurant and bar, which will be great. In the meantime, we made ourselves at home each evening by enjoying our bottle of wine on the bucolic patio.

Excellent staff and the property grounds are immaculate. When I first arrived, it reminded me of Miraval Berkshires - absolute lush greenery landscape. I can easily see this property being the ideal place for weddings - the view is that mind blowing. The kids, no surprise, loved picking the dandelions and had a blast. I was surprised to find Fiji bottled water in our room too. Shower pressure was excellent as well, as I had one of the rooms on the second floor of the “1764 House” which is not part of the main building. Super friendly staff, especially Troy. Thank you for making our Woodbury Commons shopping weekend a blissful getaway. I definitely plan on returning when it’s colder to make use of their mini fire pit.

It is a beautiful property. Our room was adorable. Exactly what we needed. The management was really friendly.

The Inn was clean, historic (1820), and the manager went out of his way to be helpful.
