Friendly staff and clean rooms. Amenities were great! 2 pools, one inside and one outside. Suite rooms are very spacious!

TV and Phone not working in first room. HVAC blower running all night. Bed not comfortable.

My kids and I stayed on the first floor and our room was near the outdoor pool. It was 50 degrees so no swimming but there were people in the pool area in the middle of the night yelling for about an hour off and on. I had low battery on my phone and tried to get a wake up call after the kids were in bed, and the phones were unplugged and didn’t work, and I couldn’t figure out a phone flash light how to plug them back in. Tried the alarm next to my sleepy child’s head, and it wouldn’t change wake-up time. Also the carpet was sticky and gross. Otherwise the room was very nice. Luckily my phone held on and woke us on time, I am now sick from lack of sleep. Oh, and they don’t serve breakfast til 8, and it’s $17 extra per person which for kids is not worth it. But they couldn’t tell us where Panera etc are nearby at 730, so had to plug in phone and find. They didn’t even have coffee in the lobby. I expect more from a $270/night Doubletree!

Long list…first room had terrible odor and immediately requested a different room which we received, dog barking so went to turn on tv and it didn’t work, went to pick up phone to request assistance with tv and the phone didn’t work, the room appeared to have construction debris on the floors and inside the shower, shower handle with one attachment piece missing so handle was very dangerous to use. Went to front desk(no phone) and the staff member attempted and was unable to turn on tv, apologized and said manager there at 8 am (it was now 11:30 pm). Next morning at 9:45 am went to front desk to speak to manager and check out, was told no manager as it was weekend. Offered a discount on the room, reported manager would contact me next week. I received a paper receipt. Drove home several states away, emailed 2 different room charge receipts with one having charges that day for a restaurant I did not attend. Both charges and the restaurant charge taken out of my bank account. Called the hotel, told I must call back Monday and speak to accounting, nothing could be done about my billing errors or why I was now being charged for going to a restaurant which was not in the printed out receipt when I checked out in person. Left message for manager. I then called Hilton’s customer phone line and reported the same as this and awaiting a response. I am mostly frustrated that their is no responsibility for the billing errors and that I need to use my time to fix their mistakes, the responsibility falls to me.

Staff were great, especially Riley! There was a musty smell in the hallways and the desk/table in our room had a board that was supposed to be attached to the wall but was propped up underneath instead. The shower was AMAZING!

There’s a lot of renovations currently and it’s a bit messy. The bathroom facet was broken and wasn’t fixed. The breakfast buffett wasn’t refreshed even after many ppl came. It was slim pickings even when I spoke to the host. For $16.00 I didn’t get my moneys worth.
