Right outside of our room the whole hall was flooded and smelled so bad you could hardly walk down the hall. We also had our bathroom mirror light that would not stop flashing we told the front desk the first night we stayed and nothing happened the entire stay to have it fixed

At midnight the room suddenly smelled like skunk. I think the air handler got sprayed outside? Blood stain on the sheet. A small blood stain, but still s blood stain! Refrigerator door would not close. Didn’t notice the stained sheet until going to bed at 1am. Far too late to change rooms.
Everything was nice room good and clean
We just stayed here over night enroute from Southern Indiana to Canada. Lovely hotel.. friendly staff, and very nice restaurant. Loved the pools.
The room was in very poor condition, especially the bathroom. Tile was cracked; the floor was not clean.
The property has potential and is nicely updated. When we got to our room the toilet had not been cleaned. When informing the front desk we were told 15% would be taken off the bill. The toilet was never cleaned. The elevator was not working and the front desk did not believe me until he walked to the elevator, pushed all the buttons, then said he would get maintenance on it and I could take the stairs. We were on the third floor. We asked for clean towels and to have the shampoo and conditioner dispensers filled, which never happened. We checked out a day early, lodged these concerns and were told “sorry.” This was so disappointing. So disappointing.

Everything was great but no AC in room on second night and couldn’t receive a discount because i booked on hotels.com which kinda sucks.
