For a Hilton, we were extremely disappointed in the condition of the room upon arrival, but it only got worse from there. Our sink would not drain ( we asked maintenence to fix, they came, but still did not drain)our water took 20 minutes to heat up for the shower, the drywall was falling apart, wallpaper peeling off, wires zip tied above our window, fan not working in the bathroom and the light above the toilet was leaking water from floor above. Customer service was friendly and kind and switched our rooms, but we ran into some of the same issues above. We were very disappointed that our families all booked this hotel without researching it more, we would have loved to stay in a newer, cleaner and less problematic hotel while we were visiting.
The morning coffee bar definitely needs a new brew and better creamers. 5 night stay last week for multiple rooms and every one complained how bad the coffee was. It makes you want to leave and spend money coffee or breakfast someplace else. It would increase your restaurant breakfast crowd. Do you need a marketing director? I have a few other recommendations…
We were able to do an early check in which was very helpful. The location has everything that you would need.
Checked in late around 9pm nobody was at the front desk for well over a hour. Use the restroom the next morning to find out I have a non functioning toilet let the front desk know I will be out all day till late at a wedding and the toilet was broke just to come back at midnight to a room never cleaned and still a non functioning toilet. But you know what I did have? A car asking for a tip from housekeeping that never was in my room.
My only complaint is if you use AT&T, you will probably have ZERO cell service inside the building. Other than that, really nothing to complain about.
