We really enjoyed our stay at Ser Casasandra. The pre communication with the reservation was very reliable, friendly and guest oriented. The food at the restaurant as well as the beach bar is absolutely amazing! The majority of the service team is really nice and attentive. We liked the small and cozy vibe of the hotel and would for sure recommend it anytime. Only housekeeping could be a little better in terms of cleanliness of the bathrooms and rooms or outdoor area - absolutely not dirty, but they could be a bit more precise.

My and my partner stayed at Ser Cassandra and we are so glad we chose this hotel over a few others. Theres a lot of choice there but if you are looking for location, food, tranquility and a home away from home then this is the right place. To sum this place up, its a perfect hotel. Perfect customer service. Always there if you needed help or any assistance at all. Extremely friendly and caring. Perfect location (3 minute walk to the town and literally 5 seconds to the beach) Perfect restaurant (the best fish and dessert ive ever had! Highly recommend the guava cheesecake its unreal! The free breakfast is also a good variety of options! The hot cakes (pancakes) or healthy eggs spinach and mushroom a fave of mine. Perfect room. Spacious, incredible bathroom and also always clean. When you get back to your room its already been cleaned! Thank you very much to Jesus! Perfect swimming pool and sunbathing. Great for adults and children. This is the best place to stay on the island. Make it easy on yourselves and choose the best. So just a thank you to… Maria, Omar, Denis, Aylen, Gimea, Chintia And the team at the beach for always looking after us while we had our regular drinks at the bar Erik Ballo Joel And Roberto. And again thank you Jesus! The cleanest room ive ever stayed in. Thank you. Its gonna be hard to leave and go back to reality but ill always have the best memories of Holbox thanks to Ser Cassandra Xxx

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. I lived the fact that it’s not a lot of rooms and they are well spaced out so you get the feeling of being separate to every other room (rooms don’t face each other). A great little pool for the kids to play in as well. The food quality in general was very good. And they were very helpful in organising trips for us around the island. The location is great. The beach is at the doorstep (excellent beach club), shops and restaurants are 5-10 mins walk away so is the down town. Really enjoyed the stay and would love to go back.

From the greeting at the beginning, the beautiful room, crisp cleanliness(despite nearby beach!) to the especially friendly and helpful staff we were thoroughly wowed by Ser Casasandra. We are already dreaming or returning!

We were very impressed with Ser Cassandra. Having traveled to many places and stayed in wonderful hotels, Ser Cassandra was "sneaky good." By that, I mean there was nothing overly dramatic about the place, but the location, the rooms, and the service were all exceptional. It managed to have a relaxing and chill vibe while still demonstrating excellence. This is hard to do well in my opinion and it takes a dedicated staff, a vision, and leadership to execute. It was a splurge for us but one we would repeat. Highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We booked the hotel on a whim - without knowing much about it or the island of Holbox, not knowing what to expect. The hotel was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the boutique furnishings. The interior design was relaxing and stylish. The massages were obviously a little more expensive then what you would find on the beach but they were professional and good quality. I gave it a 5 star not just because of the comfort and beauty, but because the staff went the extra mile for us. Im a vegan and wanted breakfasts that were as delicious and big as the meat eaters! They went out of their way to bring me wonderful dishes every morning. Tell the front desk if you're vegan and they will make special dishes every day. Thank you to the staff and management for all of your extra care!

First visit to Holbox, picked Ser Casasandra as it was close to Tarpon Fly (Sandflea’s Fly shop) and it was also recommended. The place exceeded all our expectations…great design, great location and really wonderful staff. You can walk into centro easily…or you can chill and enjoy the kitchen at Ser…food was exceptional.
