I like that they have maintained and are upgrading the property. Also the fact that they always have a good food selection. Food is awesome as well

The ocean view was spectacular, and I loved the hotel’s architecture. The large pool and entertainment areas were fantastic, and the shopping stores inside the resort were great as well. We reserved the Dunn's River Falls excursion on a catamaran from the hotel lobby, and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it!

Upon check-in, the line was very unorganized, and people kept cutting ahead. The front desk also did not give me towel cards at check-in, and I only found out I needed one when I went to get a towel. I had to go back to the desk just to get a card. The room looks very outdated and worn. The faucets are loose, the conditioner was empty, and the phones do not work. I complained about the phone, and the maintenance staff took it, saying they would replace it, but no one ever came back to do so. The food is just okay; it tastes the same every day. On the positive side, the pools are very well maintained, and the beach is beautiful. However, my girlfriend felt a little unsafe because a man kept trying to sell her something.

My family loved our experience at the Grand Bahia Principe Resort. The staff took such great care of us. We felt safe and truly welcomed. The food was amazing. We are so thankful for this memorable experience. We will be back, Jamaica!! ❤️🇯🇲❤️
