The staff was great 10/10, great property, huge, lots to do, great for kids. Beautiful beach. Food & drinks weren’t great to me, but overall stay was lovely. Would go back, would recommend. ***Check out my video at the property on you youtube “Dilly is Living”

I felt treated differently as a solo traveler. It was hard to get a table in the buffet - I had to wait while others behind me in alerted parties were seated. Also my experience in the French restaurant left me waiting for over 39 minutes for a waiter to even come to my table. I bought a ticket for the show but didn’t use it and couldn’t get a resort credit or refund. The spa was really nice , the food was good, however I don’t feel as though I was treated well or that my room was taken care of well.
