Everyone was very helpful, it was a very large place. Room was great. Hotel just needs some updating. the main elevator was out when we were there, so we always took the service elevator.

The hospitality was amazing. Some of the restaurant was too hot to sit in and the transportation could have been a little better to go off site to see other attractions. I must say the best vacation I had and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Food was an issue. Long lines for food, restaurant closing early. Food quality was questionable. Not a 5* service

Loved the beach and snorkeling. The views were amazing. Rooms in need of some TLC but the pools and everything we needed was there. Loved it!!

Initially I didn't know exactly what to expect based on all the mixed variety of reviews. But, I will tell you my family and I took a chance based on the good reviews and boy are we ever glad we did!!! The resort was fabulous...the entertainment team was outgoing and kept things fun and fresh, our rooms and the common spaces were kept very clean (cleaners were everywhere working diligently). As for customer service...TOP TIER ..they really showed true professionalism amd the check in/check out processes were quick and seamless. This is not as commin as you think - at some of the other resorts its a long and tedious waiting game to check in and out. Food...well what else to say except "hats off to the chef "!!!Great Job Bahia!! My family and i had a wonderful time...perfect mix of fun and luxury!!!

Dirty room, bathroom, balcony and rude staff I will never recommend this place or even return.

**Review Title: Absolutely Disgusting Experience - Avoid at All Costs!** If I were homeless, I wouldn't even consider staying at this hotel. We arrived to celebrate my son's birthday, and what we encountered was beyond appalling—it was trash, and that's putting it lightly. Upon checking in, we found blood on the sheets. Yes, you read that right—BLOOD. When we approached the front desk to request a room change, the lady there had an attitude and made it clear she was more interested in cleaning than addressing our serious concern. Why would anyone want to stay in a room like that? The dining experience was just as horrendous. There was an incredibly long line for food in a sweltering heat—seriously, the AC seemed nonexistent! I felt especially bad for the elderly man working in that heat; if he passed out, I'd blame the hotel for such conditions. Even the ice cream at the stations was melted and liquid because it was so hot in there. And let’s talk about the food. It was downright disgusting, and to top it off, they charge guests just to bring out a hot commodity dish like ackee and salt fish. How ghetto is that? Overall, this place deserves zero stars. They completely ruined my son's birthday celebration, and I will definitely be sharing my experience on TikTok with photos and videos, including the dreadful bloody sheets. DO NOT STAY HERE. Next time, we’re heading to RIU Family Resort where we know we’ll have a good time. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hote
