Quality Inn San Bernardino - Loma Linda

The rate per night was good,but it was a bit shabby. I would have liked a better bed. The TV was in working order, but we had a problem getting channels to work. Overall it was alright.

No one in the office when I arrived. I called and someone came to a window. The furniture, carpet were old and stained. The pool was closed. The 2nd day they put a tarp on the Quality Inn sign. The manager said they're closing the hotel for remodeling. The smell of marijuana was horrible. I left a day before I was to leave and got another room. Hope I get my money back for that day since the hotel told me they sent Booking my money back.

Very old and worn. Carpet torn by the bathroom, further seen better days and room had a disgusting smell

Property in the middle of rennovation, so it was too lonely. I was wondering if I was the only one in the hotel.

This property should be condemned, absolutely abysmal!

Doors, walls, any surface are dirty. It seems it's never cleaned. No pool nor jacuzzi available - due to chemical treatment, we were told. Lobby is locked - a staff only talk to us through a small window. Ice machine is broken. Breakfast is not served due to renovation. There is no renovation - it's a flat lie. The have not been serving breakfast for over a year! Stay away from this facility; it is NOT worth it.

It smelled like cigarette smoke in the room.

Completely in need of a rehab. Torn furniture, ceilings falling down on walkways. It was just gross
