When we got to the hotel, our room was not ready we had to wait another hour. They tried to change my room type but i couldn't do it because it had a tub. They gave me a room that i did not pay for, just having yo wait made it the worst experience. The front counter lady was a little rude to begin with. We ended up in the wrong room anyways but they need more staff for this hotel.

Parking was fine. Had reservation. Check in was SLOW. Long line. Had to wait a long time. Room was ok. Shower was questionably clean. Comfortable bed. Couldn’t buy a snack because of long registration line when went back to front desk about an hour later. One guy working. Not friendly.

Evidently the cleaning staff didn’t show up for work the day before and the day of our stay, but when you have orange slimy gunk in between the the tiles on the shower walls where it should be white and black mold there as well, it makes you wonder how long it’s been since someone really cleaned the shower. The beds were clean thank heavens.

The room was ok but definitely needing some painting/patching. The breakfast fare was ok but it didn't seem as fresh. My coffee had grounds in it. They did have a place to sit outside by the pool which was nice to be able to do. The staff while nice, seemed a bit stressed. While the location was convenient, we probably would not stay here again.
