The price was very reasonable. Staff was nice

It’s a nice property. The staff is amazing. Especially front desk rep, Keyshauna. She goes above & beyond.

I have stayed here several times and it always meets the Hampton Inn Standard. It’s safe it’s updated and the staff is great with hospitality. The breakfast is usually above average for Hampton Inn so overall it’s what you would expect out of a well managed Hampton Inn.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Jackson, TN, for 6 nights and while the property itself is fairly new, the service felt like it was still stuck in training mode. Our stay started with confusion at check-in. We had requested in advance an upgrade, but the desk clerk couldn’t tell us whether we actually received it. His exact explanation was that he “only sees what he sees.” That didn’t inspire much confidence, and when we pushed for clarification, he asked us to calm down. Not exactly the welcome we hope for. To his credit, he did eventually move us to the proper suite, but the experience should never have required that level of back-and-forth. Unfortunately, the housekeeping situation was worse. Since the pandemic, many hotels have shifted to every-other-day service, with the option to request additional cleanings. Fair enough — but only if the system actually works. It didn’t, in our case, with this stay. We arrived on Tuesday, so we had no expectation of housekeeping until Thursday. • Thursday: We requested early cleaning plus a bottle of shampoo to replace the empty one. Housekeeping showed up close to 3 PM, right when we were exhausted from working since early that day and resting, so we asked her to come the next day — and confirmed the request again with the front desk the next morning. • Friday: Returned after more than 12 hours out. Room was untouched. We went to the lobby to get towels, but still hadn't received the shampoo. • Saturday: The regular cleaning day. Once again, no housekeeping. We went to lobby again to get fresh towels and this time was given shampoo. • Sunday: Still no cleaning, and we were leaving Monday morning. At this point housekeeping had missed every single scheduled or requested service. Hampton’s updated “Make It Right” guarantee sounds good on paper — but during our stay, no one made anything right. No follow-up, no service recovery, no attempt to resolve the ongoing issue beyond handing us towels at the front desk. Our disappointment isn’t with one employee; it’s the whole system. Owners are still charging full price while permanently cutting back services that used to be standard. Daily cleaning shouldn’t be considered a luxury at a mid-range hotel chain. It seems that the employees working in the evenings when we come in from working all day have no authority to "Make It Right". An exception to this was Amber, who listened patiently while I explained our disappointment and gave us a small compensation for our experiences. We won’t be returning to this location, and based on this experience, we’re left wondering how Hampton plans to “Make It Right” for guests who no longer receive the service that once defined the brand.

I love the location. Everything was nice, breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

The only issues i had was the tv kept freezing while watching live tv. Also the a/c unit was filthy. The blinds wouldn’t stay up either.

Nice location right off of Interstate 40. It was very busy at the hotel because of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. Huge shout out to Keyshauna who was working the front desk the evening we checked in and the morning we left. She was helping several people each time and making sure the coffee was available in the morning. She was apologetic when we had to wait (it was seriously no problem!) and professional! The breakfast was better than most hotels offering waffles, eggs, cereal and pastries. My only small complaint is that one of the beds was very close to the air conditioning unit and it made getting in and out of bed difficult. Consider moving both beds to the right to give ample space for both bed sides.
