This hotel was really clean! The little touches were nice! The beds were comfortable! After a long day on the road a nice room for 1 night that doesn't break the bank is appreciated.

"Outdated and terrible service"

This is the first time that I have had a bad experience with a Hampton Inn. 1. The rooms are dated. Tears in the carpet and furniture. The rooms don't feel comfortable or inviting. 2. The fitness room was unimpressive and it was locked so I couldn't get in. When I tried to find a staff member, I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes, only to find her smoking outside talking to someone in their vehicle. (see picture) 3. There was an earwig in the room. Maybe the first time I can think of finding a bug in a Hampton Inn. (see picture) There are better options in Jackson, TN for hotel stays.

Unfortunately due to short staffing it was quite a long wait to clean room & check in, but the front desk staff were wonderful. I arrived at 4pm but no room available until nearly 6:30 pm which was longer than I've ever had to wait. Owners might want to see about hiring more cleaning staff. Otherwise would recommend this property for a quiet comfortable stay.
