All the BAD REVIEWS are soooo true.. Was her for a family event for one night.. but stay here was the most tiring one instead of a relaxing one. Specially rooms not ready even at 3pm... no welcome drinks after a tiring journey.. or even a smile on the staff face.. Getting to the room was a task as had to wait for an hour and asking 10 times for a cart.. Though the resort is huge and well spread... looked pretty with all the greenery.. The rooms need an upgrade specially the bathrooms and the towels provided were shabby. And the body lotion bottle was empty.. imagine that.. The food as great on some parts but must say breakfast was yummy. Staff at the breakfast were lovely and very helpful.. Will I come back again here.. Mostly NO unless they improve..

Great spread for all meals, including the breakfast, it's also relaxed as it is till 11am.. The property is spread across 50scres with very relaxing environment with no pollution. It is with lots of things to do for entire family, especially the kids. Staff are super helpful.

Better directions to the property could be helpful. Timing for high tea can be till 6pm. Instead of buring some of the leaves it could also be composted. More activities for kids like zip line etc can also added. Start boating in the lake. Edible and green house Landscaping can also be introduced which can also involve the guests in gardening workshops.

We checked in on 27.02.26 at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa after making full advance payment for two rooms. One room was for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, and the other for my husband, myself, our 5-year-old daughter, and our 5-month-old infant. Let me be very clear — while the property looks beautiful, the service and crisis handling were shockingly poor and far from what one expects from a luxury brand. After dinner, we returned to our rooms to find there was no electricity. What followed was complete mismanagement. We were made to wait at reception for nearly 1.5 hours with two exhausted children, repeatedly asking for updates. Eventually, we were told the issue was “fixed” and were sent back — only to discover it was not. We then had to go back to reception again in cold, windy weather, transporting two sleepy children in a cart at a time when they should have been in bed. My 5-year-old daughter was terrified when the lights went off again while she was in the washroom. No family should have to experience this in a hotel claiming to offer luxury and comfort. We finally re-entered our room around 11:30 PM, and the electricity failed again at approximately 11:40 PM. This was not a one-time glitch — this was repeated negligence. The so-called solution offered was to move us to a 2BHK unit where the bathrooms had no proper doors — only sheer curtains. For a family stay, this is unacceptable and completely unprofessional to even suggest. The contrast in service priorities was glaring. The hotel ensured full payment was taken in advance and repeatedly called to upsell a Presidential Suite upgrade for ₹50,000. However, when we had requested a simple callback for a pre-arrival query, we never received one. Clearly, revenue generation takes precedence over guest comfort and accountability. This stay was meant to be a birthday celebration and a thoughtful break for me after 5.5 months postpartum. Instead, it turned into a physically exhausting and emotionally distressing experience. Luxury is not just about landscaping and architecture — it is about reliability, responsiveness, and respect for guests’ time and comfort. Unfortunately, this property failed on all three counts. Highly disappointing and nowhere close to the standards expected from a brand of this stature.

Thank you Club Resorto team for planning our 1st anniversary trip at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa. Enjoyed every bit of the stay. We have used it for the first time and really enjoyed it. The resort is so huge and have multiple activity area and 2 pools. A beautiful property indeed.

Only the location

The service was zero, no attention to detail, very dark at night, unhelpful and inhospitable staff. Not worth the money you spend at all.
