The location is not good at all. Everything else about the property is good and staff is excellent

The location , especially the approach road

1. 아침, 저녁 부페 음식이 맛있었다 2. 5-6살 아이들이 좋아할 만한 작은 동물원이 있엇다

1. 호텔 안에 큰 길개 street dog 무리 (8-10마리) 들이 돌아다녀서 너무 무서웠다. 5성급 호텔안에 street dog 라니… 이것이 가장 큰 문제점인듯하다 2. 리조트 전체적으로 저녁 조명이 어두웠다 3. 6살 아이가 상처가 나서 bandage를 요청했는데, 물에 젖은지 한참이나 되서 쓸 수 없는 bandage를 주었다 4. 리조트 내를 순회하는 버기 수가 너무 적었다. 호텔 레스토랑 제외하고는 전체적으로 직원수가 부족한 것 같다. 5. 객실 내 구비된 샤워 가운 quality가 너무 떨어진다. 5성급이라고 할 수 없는 퀄리티 6. Check-in 하는 reception 직원수가 적고 좁다. 첫 인상부터 별로

Worst Experience with Mr Krishna Westin Management this review is for you, Shameful act of this person , whom i had requested for the cart where 3 carts were empty , I requested him for more than 50 times , i just need it for 5 min as i had to reach the room which i had already checked out 5 min prior to just get back at the room to collect my charger which I forgot and realised within 10 minutes of handing over the keycards to reception I politely asked to which manager lady politely obliged sending someone with me to get the charger back But to my utter disappointment cart driver were ignoring the person who was send with and abused him , that is when I intervened and said he is requesting on my behalf as i have just checked out and forgot my charger in the room it would just take 5 min to get it back , 3 carts empty just idle Even after requesting this man ignored first and then starting they are not available for anyone, first disrespect their own colleagues and then starting arguing this not for you. The Westin Sohna this was extremely disappointing to have been treated like , the worst experience ever

Westin Sohna is an all time favourite for us.. it was our third trip here and a second one for our 7 year old son because of his love for their petting zoo. The animals are a delight and I must mention the animal handler, Rakesh who is clearly very loving towards the animals and so patient with the kids and makes sure the kids have a blast feeding them. The staff is so courteous and again a special mention for the head chef Prabhat who made sure I had my special order of navratra meal every day for 3 whole even when I ordered off the menu. Also, Harsh was so polite and efficient and catered to our special requests without batting an eyelid thus making us feel sooo special. The property is no doubt exquisite and so so green that it doesn’t feel we are an hour away from Delhi’s chaos. It has so much to offer and is a must visit for a few days or serene and quiet time.

My wife and I stayed overnight in the Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, to celebrate my birthday. The resort is beautifully designed with cottages that are not only luxurious but also offer a lot of privacy and space amidst sprawling grounds that look like a manicured forest. The rustling of leaves and birds chirping takes you far away from the stresses of the urban world. The cottage itself was very comfortable and elegantly furnished. The dining hall in the resort is tastefully designed with a view of the lush greenery just outside. Our Spa experience was fabulous. We emerged totally refreshed and relaxed. The service here is immaculate from the word go. Right from a speedy checkin, excellent personalised service in the restaurant, prompt buggy service, to the smooth checkout, the service is simply superlative. In particular I would like to mention Ranjana, Anita and Ankit from the Food and Beverage department, Sikandar the F&B manager for the excellent personalised service and attention to details. I would also like to mention Saurabh the Sous Chef, Chef Prabhat and Chef Lawrence for their culinary excellence. Will definitely visit this resort again.

One of the best property/ hotel to stay in if you are looking for a peaceful destination near to Delhi and Gurgaon. A lot of activities for kids and even for adults. You can go towards westin lake and enjoy a coffee ( carry the coffee with you) ... Lot of animals whom you can feed and trust me this will be a different and lifetime experience. Horse riding is fun, if u are in teams you can play cricket. So many pool which you can enjoy and u can even taken rooms with pool Breakfast lunch and dinner is amazing. They also have a Chinese restaurant and a bar where u can watch match of your choice Hi tea by the pool is amazing. A must must try for everyone. Aditya, harsh, Arvind, Reena, Sarthak, Naman, Ishan, Ranjana, Anita, Ujjwal, rahul, akaash , suraj, shaheed, Ritam, Inzamul,Mercy and Sinulu... Harsh and Sarthak were too good. Gaurav Singh and Chef Pradeep Rawat ensured that anything and everything is available.

Property is very nice also the staff they are very cooperative and friendly. Will recommend all of my frnds and family

We stayed from 26th - 27th August. The resort is beautiful and lush green. Team is very kind and hospitable. Food at the Red Brick Room is outstanding. We loved the stay.
